Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted these following policies.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.
You can cancel your order, change the products’ sizes, colors, or shipping address within 2 hours.

We have a 10-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Accepted Return & Exchange Cases

We accept customer returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email ssowinstyle@gmail.com along with your order number. We’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us.
  • Wrong Size/Wrong Design Received:
    • If you’ve received the wrong size or wrong design, please check the order you placed with us. In most cases, customers selected the wrong size when placing the order without carefully reading the size guide. In those cases, we only offer a 20% discount code for the next purchase.
    • If you ordered the right size but received the wrong one, we’ll be happy to send you a free reshipment.

Just send us a picture of the item, and we’ll take care of it for you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, you must contact us first at ssowinstyle@gmail.com to receive confirmation and return instructions.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at ssowinstyle@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Cases Where Returns & Refunds Are NOT Accepted

We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accident

  • The product matches the description

  • You ordered by mistake / You are no longer interested

  • Improper care, normal wear and tear

  • Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure

  • Aftermarket modifications, products with water exposure

  • You do not like the material of the product (please consider carefully before placing orders).

  • We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong size. For other issues like sewing or printing problems, we will handle them for you. Please contact us first, and we will guide you through the process. Do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We will refund items that are damaged by our factory or the carrier only if we cannot resend a new one. Normally, a new replacement will be sent immediately after your request.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to customer mistakes in the shipping address, unavailability, failure to pick up the package, or loss of the product due to security issues at the customer’s location will NOT be eligible for return or refund. We will NOT refund if you refuse to receive the package.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Personalized items cannot be returned. If a personalized item is faulty or has the wrong size or design due to our error, please contact us immediately at ssowinstyle@gmail.com, and you will receive a replacement item free of charge.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
